Position Summary
The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Develop and manage annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
Analyze financial performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Provide insights and recommendations to support business strategy and decision-making.
Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Accounting & Compliance
Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Monitor cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities
Manage working capital and financial risk exposure.
Cost Control & Efficiency
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency.
Implement financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Team Leadership
Supervise and develop finance team members.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
Experience
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Excel)
